SNOWSHOEING + POLENTA/APERITIF + SPA
On the Maiella, you can go snowshoeing while gazing at the sea on the horizon.
Our snowshoeing tours, SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE, take place both in the morning and at sunset, and you can combine them with polenta (at lunch), an aperitif (at sunset) at the Mountain Chalet, followed by a relaxing session at the Wellness Center.
The locations for the snowshoeing will be selected based on the snow conditions, on trails of the Maiella in the Mammarosa area or Passo Lanciano.
The activity will take place near the ski slopes in complete safety, with no exposed passages.
The snowshoeing will start from the Chalet near the parking area and return to the same starting point.

Access to the spa is only allowed on the dates listed in the Dates & Program section. For groups of more than 10 people, personalized spa visits can be scheduled after the snowshoeing on dates not listed in the Dates & Program section.

Spa entry includes the following services:
AFTER THE SPA, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO SHOWER IN THE CHANGING ROOMS.
If you participate in the morning snowshoeing at 09:45, your spa entry will be at 13:00 (meeting at 12:45) for a maximum of 15 people.
The spa session will be from 13:00 to 14:00 (1 hour).
If you participate in the afternoon snowshoeing, your spa entry will be at 19:45 (meeting at 19:30) for a maximum of 15 people.
The spa session will be from 19:45 to 20:45 (1 hour).
AFTER THE SPA, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO SHOWER IN THE CHANGING ROOMS.
YOU CAN ALSO PARTICIPATE IN THE SNOWSHOEING ONLY. THE POLENTA/APERITIF AND THE SPA ARE OPTIONAL.
Access to the Wellness Center is not suitable for children under 14 years old, and dogs are not allowed.
The snowshoeing will start and end at the Chalet near the parking area. You can leave all necessary items for the spa in your car.
At the snowshoeing check-in, you will receive a ticket to enter the spa, valid only for the day of the event.
MASSAGE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST (not included in the price).

I already have a Majellando GIFT VOUCHER. How can I use it?
When making a reservation, you will need to enter your VOUCHER CODE. This will allow you to use it, and the voucher amount will be deducted from the total price.
If you partially use the voucher and still have a remaining balance, please write to us at info@majellando.it, and we will issue and send you a new voucher for the remaining amount via email.
If you do not enter the gift voucher code when making a reservation, you will not be able to use the voucher directly at the location where the experience takes place.
All activities may have price variations depending on the season.
Can I pay with a card?
Payment can be made either in cash or by card.
What happens in case of bad weather?
The activity can take place under any weather conditions as the Equestrian Center hosting us is equipped with a covered arena where, if necessary, the outdoor ride can be turned into a riding lesson.
Do I need to report a health problem?
This activity is suitable for people in good health. If you have any health issues to report, please inform us before the event by emailing info@majellando.it, or you can tell the guide before the start of the activity.
When should I communicate a cancellation?
In case of cancellation, we would appreciate prompt communication so we can offer your spot to other people who requested it but were excluded due to a lack of availability.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
I have a child under 14 years old. what can they do while i am at the spa?
For parents who want to use the spa, there is the possibility of using the hotel’s mini-club for a cost of €10 (request via email at info@majellando.it).

What should I communicate to the people who will be with me and for whom I have booked?
it is very important to communicate all details to those who will be with you.
The Google Maps location to reach the meeting point. During the journey to the activity location, someone might take a wrong turn; if they have received the Google Maps location, they will have no trouble reaching the designated meeting point.

Are trekking shoes mandatory?
Yes, this activity requires suitable equipment.
Can a pregnant woman participate in this activity?
We recommend consulting the technical sheet for the activity and speaking with your gynecologist.
Is it possible to carry a baby under a few months in a carrier?
We recommend consulting the pediatrician and always considering the weather conditions for the day (too hot or too cold are not suitable for very young babies).
We also suggest positioning the carrier on your back, not in front, as a fall could be dangerous for your baby.
What is the trail like? can i participate even if i’ve never been mountain walking?
You will find all the details about the type of trail and difficulty level in the Technical Sheet.
Activities "suitable for all" can be completed even by those who are not used to mountain trails as long as they are in good health.
Are there parking/restrooms at the meeting point?
The meeting point always provides parking or spaces to leave your car during the activity, and there are generally restrooms nearby. If they are not available, we will inform you in advance.
We recommend the Alanno/Scafa highway exit, then continue to Lettomanoppello, followed by Passo Lanciano, and finally Blockhaus/Majelletta/Mammarosa.
For those coming from the South, we recommend the Pescara Sud/Francavilla highway exit, and then follow the signs for Passo Lanciano/Blockhaus.
For those coming from the North, we recommend the Pescara Ovest highway exit, and follow the signs for Guardiagrele, Pretoro, Passo Lanciano/Blockhaus.
If your GPS suggests passing through ROCCAMORICE, please note that this road is closed and will not lead you to your destination.
