Starting from Rifugio Heidi at about 1400 meters, we will cross one of the most picturesque valleys in the Majella Plateau of Abruzzo, also frequented by deer. We will venture into the centuries-old beech forest covered in snow, offering intense emotions, and will be very close to the mountains of the Abruzzo National Park.
In the afternoon session, there will be an opportunity to enjoy a "dinner aperitif" in the warm refuge by the fireplace (to be requested when booking).
The dinner aperitif includes: a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, tastings of arrosticini, bread and oil, and a glass of wine. The aperitif is only available in the afternoon session.

Upon return, at the cozy Rifugio Heidi, located near the end point, you can enjoy the restaurant services (breakfast, lunch, aperitif, dinner).
The refuge does not accept phone reservations, but with a little patience and waiting, it will do its best to accommodate everyone.

When making a reservation, you will need to enter your VOUCHER CODE. This will allow you to use it, and the voucher amount will be deducted from the total price.
If you partially use the voucher and still have a remaining balance, please write to us at info@majellando.it, and we will issue and send you a new voucher for the remaining amount via email.
If you do not enter the gift voucher code when making a reservation, you will not be able to use the voucher directly at the location where the experience takes place.

The activity can take place under any weather conditions as the Equestrian Center hosting us is equipped with a covered arena where, if necessary, the outdoor ride can be turned into a riding lesson.

For parents who want to use the spa, there is the possibility of using the hotel’s mini-club for a cost of €10 (request via email at info@majellando.it).

The Google Maps location to reach the meeting point. During the journey to the activity location, someone might take a wrong turn; if they have received the Google Maps location, they will have no trouble reaching the designated meeting point.

Yes, this activity requires suitable equipment.
Can a pregnant woman participate in this activity?

Is it possible to carry a baby under a few months in a carrier?
We recommend consulting the pediatrician and always considering the weather conditions for the day (too hot or too cold are not suitable for very young babies).
We also suggest positioning the carrier on your back, not in front, as a fall could be dangerous for your baby.
What is the trail like? can i participate even if i’ve never been mountain walking?

Activities "suitable for all" can be completed even by those who are not used to mountain trails as long as they are in good health.
Are there parking/restrooms at the meeting point?
The meeting point always provides parking or spaces to leave your car during the activity, and there are generally restrooms nearby. If they are not available, we will inform you in advance.
