The bike rental is located in the LE MORGE area on the coast of the municipality of Torino di Sangro (CH).
By riding along the beautiful "via verde," a cycle path that runs along the sea, you can reach the Trabocco Punta le Morge.
What is a Trabocco? It is an ancient wooden fishing machine that resembles stilt houses on the water. Through a wooden walkway that extends towards the sea, you arrive at a platform shaped like a wooden hut. At the far ends, there are antennas that support enormous fishing nets used to catch fish without going out to sea in boats.
After admiring and photographing the marvelous Trabocco, you can refresh and refuel at La Caletta Panini d'AMare or at Ristoro Punta Le Morge.
After the break, you head back south to explore, still along the cycle path, the coast of Casalbordino Lido with its sand dunes, restaurants, and beach bars until you reach the Punta Aderci reserve with the most photographed Trabocco in Abruzzo.
