I already have a Majellando GIFT VOUCHER. How can I use it?
When making a reservation, you will need to enter your VOUCHER CODE. This will allow you to use it, and the voucher amount will be deducted from the total price.
If you partially use the voucher and still have a remaining balance, please write to us at info@majellando.it, and we will issue and send you a new voucher for the remaining amount via email.
If you do not enter the gift voucher code when making a reservation, you will not be able to use the voucher directly at the location where the experience takes place.
All activities may have price variations depending on the season.
Can I pay with a card?
Payment can be made either in cash or by card.
What happens in case of bad weather?
The activity can take place under any weather conditions as the Equestrian Center hosting us is equipped with a covered arena where, if necessary, the outdoor ride can be turned into a riding lesson.
Do I need to report a health problem?
This activity is suitable for people in good health. If you have any health issues to report, please inform us before the event by emailing info@majellando.it, or you can tell the guide before the start of the activity.
When should I communicate a cancellation?
In case of cancellation, we would appreciate prompt communication so we can offer your spot to other people who requested it but were excluded due to a lack of availability.

How do I communicate a change to my reservation?
You can do so by clicking on MODIFY RESERVATION in the email you received confirming your booking.
How can I check the availability of spots for this activity?
You can check availability for this activity in the reservation section. If there is no availability, it means we are unfortunately fully booked.
Does a minor need to be accompanied exclusively by a parent, or is it enough to be accompanied by an adult even if they are not a relative?
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
When will the details for participating in the event be sent?
You will receive all the information via email after booking.
What should I communicate to the people who will be with me and for whom I have booked?
it is very important to communicate all details to those who will be with you.
- The Google Maps location to reach the meeting point. During the journey to the activity location, someone might take a wrong turn; if they have received the Google Maps location, they will have no trouble reaching the designated meeting point.
- The difficulty of the activity to be performed. Inform all participants about the level of difficulty to avoid unpleasant surprises: the duration, the distance to be covered, the elevation gain, the age of the children, and the necessary equipment.

How do I communicate if I am late for the appointment with the guide?

Are long pants mandatory?
Yes, to avoid abrasions on your legs caused by friction with the horse, saddle, and any thorns encountered along the way.
Is this activity suitable for those who have never ridden a horse?
Yes, the route is suitable for beginners aged 8 and up (under 14, the horse will be led on a rope).
To ensure a safe and danger-free trek, the instructor/guide reserves the right to exclude anyone who:
- Does not have appropriate clothing or cannot maintain balance and a stable position on the horse.
- Shows evident signs of fear, panic, or difficulty staying on the horse and thus facing the trek.
If these difficulties arise during the trek, the instructor/guide reserves the right to modify and/or shorten the route at their discretion, adapting it to the level of the least experienced group member. This can be done without notifying the group to avoid panic and embarrassment.
Is the FISE certificate required?
A certificate is not required for this activity.

You can participate only after consulting a doctor and being certain of your good health.
