Winery and Vineyard Tour with Tasting of 4 Wines Paired with a Selection of Cold Cuts and Cheeses
Visit of the winery, vineyards, and amphora. At the end of the tour, we will reach the tasting area. Tables, comfortable chairs, and a beautiful panorama will frame our experience as we enjoy the wine and taste a rich selection of local zero-kilometer products.

Tasting includes samples and terroir:
Pecorino DOC Amphora: Produced in biodynamic regime, it enhances the expression of a clayey soil and a warm climate. It reflects the characteristics of the grape variety, with well-balanced acidity and body, and a fresh bouquet. Tasting of Pecorino from Farindola - Slow Food Presidium.
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC Amphora: Produced in biodynamic regime, with staggered and parcelized harvests to enhance the elegance of this grape variety, often considered a less graceful wine. Tasting of Pecorino from Atri - long aging.
Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC Amphora: Produced in biodynamic regime, from Montepulciano grapes. The selection of grapes in the field is fundamental to give this wine the typical freshness of Cerasuolo in balance with the body of Montepulciano. Practically no maceration, after crushing and destemming, the must goes directly into the amphora for fermentation. Tasting of ham produced with our pigs.
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC Amphora: Expression of the full power of the grape variety, with staggered and selected harvests from various parcels and vinification in amphora to enhance the intrinsic characteristics of the varietal grown in a warm climate with clayey soil. Elegance and structure blend into a representative unicum of the cultivation terroir. Tasting of loin produced with our pigs.
For minors, there will be a platter of cold cuts.
